RESPONSIBLE SOURCING PRACTICES
STORMTECH is firmly committed to selling products that are manufactured under legal, safe, and fair working conditions in factories where employees are treated with respect and fairness.
Our Sustainable Procurement Policy is designed to ensure that our global supply chain operates in strict compliance with STORMTECH’s standards and all applicable laws governing issues such as child labor, forced labor, wages, benefits, working hours, harassment, health and safety, and factory security.
It is mandatory for all STORMTECH suppliers to agree to and adhere to the STORMTECH Supplier Workplace Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct is enforced through our social compliance process. We monitor each supplier for compliance periodically, based on risk assessments and prior audit findings. STORMTECH’s supply chain is built on strong, transparent, and trusted partnerships. Over the years, STORMTECH has developed a robust global sourcing network founded on long-term partnerships and business relationships.
Our supply chain includes nominated TIER 2 textile mills and TIER 1 garment, bag, and accessory suppliers capable of manufacturing a wide range of products. Compliance assessments for both tiers are conducted regularly, covering areas such as social compliance, fire and electrical safety, structural building safety, and security.
All active supplier facilities used for STORMTECH orders are audited regularly by reputable third-party monitoring organizations, including those mandated by the Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production (WRAP), Fair Labor Association (FLA), Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), and other certified bodies.
Our responsible sourcing practices require pre-qualification of new factories before commencing work. Most of the manufacturing partners in our supply chain are BSCI and WRAP certified, with many other factories certified by ISO, FLA, QCA, among other key associations.
